Mountain State Computer and Network Solutions (MSCNS) is a dba of the Foundation for Independent Living (FIL), a 501(c) (3) non-profit company. The mission of MSCNS is to provide products and services of the highest quality to all of our clients. Monies generated by our sales are used to further the cause of Mountain State Centers for Independent Living (MTSTCIL) in its struggle to bring independence and quality of life to West Virginia people with disabilities.

 MSCNS was founded in January 2003 by FIL/MTSTCIL CEO Anne Weeks and for 5 years has brought high quality products and services to the home and business customers of the tri-state, all of WV, and even as far away as Connecticut!
